When to contact support
Reach out for order issues, license activation failures, ESP wallhack or Aimbot setup questions, and post-patch problems after Ricochet maintenance rebuilds.
Include your order ID, license tier (monthly or lifetime), Windows version, and a clear description of the issue.
Many answers already live in FAQ, Setup, and Updates — check those first for faster resolution.
Response times and scope
Support requests are reviewed daily. Warzone Cheats support covers delivery, billing, setup, and maintenance — not in-game coaching or account recovery for Activision bans.
Account and game policy questions belong with Activision. We can help with license delivery and product configuration only.
Check the Updates page and FAQ before opening a ticket — many post-patch questions are answered there.
Self-service resources
Setup guide, Features list, Updates log, Refund Policy, and Terms of Use are linked from the footer. Ricochet bypass notes live on the dedicated Ricochet anti-cheat page.
